The apartment is 42 square meters and it consists of one bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. It’s on the second floor.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with two independent air conditioners which can be used both for cooling as well as heating when needed. The bedroom is equipped with king size bed with extremely comfortable mattress. The living room is equipped with foldable sofa which when unfolded features king size bed with memory foam mattress. Spare bed linen is available.

The kitchen is equipped with kitchen sink, electrical cooker with two burners, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, plates and cutlery. Dining table with 4 chairs is in the living room.

The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, washbasin and hair dryer. Spare towels are available.

The apartment is also equipped with flat-screen TV featuring ground and satellite channels, safe, own Wi-Fi router enabling full coverage in whole unit, and coffee table in living room.

Washing machine and dryer are installed in common area and are available to all guests. Iron and ironing board are available as well. 

Baby cot is available on request.
